An Asiana airliner had a door opening accident just before landing at Daegu Airport in southeastern South Korea.

On Friday, the Korean agency Yonhap quoted the aviation sector as saying that the plane had flight number OZ8124 An Asiana Airlines flight that departed Jeju Airport at 11:49 a.m. today, its door suddenly opened before landing at Daegu Airport in southeastern Korea at 12:45 p.m.

The mother of a 12-year-old pupil said the children were shaking and crying in shock.

A company official said: “A passenger near the emergency exit said that he moved the handle of the emergency exit, and the police are investigating to find out the exact cause of the accident.”
