Asian Elite Coaches Tournament Kicks Off in Dubai: Football Association and Asian Confederation Collaboration

Today, the first period of the Asian Elite Coaches Tournament, organized by the Football Association, in cooperation with the Asian Confederation, began in which 22 coaches from the country’s clubs, and two coaches from Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, participate.
The 7-day Asian course focuses on the responsibilities of the coach, how to build a team, his ability to develop an appropriate strategy before the match, defensive principles, the playing system and tactical trends in training and matches, in addition to many other topics related to the style and method of playing and the training philosophy of the coach.
The course is presented by lecturers accredited by the Continental Federation, namely, Jamal Al-Hassani, Abdul Majeed Al-Nimr, and Abdul Rahman Al-Haddad.
It is worth noting that the Asian Elite Coaches Course is held in 4 periods, and the remaining periods of the course will be held during January, February and May of next year.
There is a periodic follow-up of all participants from time to time, where each coach’s training program with his team is evaluated, as well as during training sessions in his club, and how he analyzes the team’s matches.
