Asian champion boxer Usman Wazir’s next international fight announced

Asian Champion Boxer Usman Wazir has announced his next international fight, Asian Boy will defend his title on December 19 in Karachi.

A grand ceremony was organized in the honor of Asian Champion Usman Wazir by the sports journalists of the twin cities, in which Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Ali Nawaz Awan.

A large number of athletes and public representatives including Parliamentary Secretary for Inter-Provincial Coordination Saima Nadeem and Pakistan Boxing Council Secretary Kaleem Azad participated.

In their address, the speakers said that Usman Wazir not only raised his international rank by winning the Asian title but also raised the name of the country and the nation and now the government will provide all possible support to him for his next goal.

On this occasion, Osman Wazir said that after defending his title in Karachi on December 19, the next goal is to become the World Youth Champion, but government patronage is needed.

Actively promoting boxing in Pakistan, Secretary of Pakistan Boxing Council Kaleem Azad said on this occasion that there is no problem in our boxers going to other countries to play but our aim is that the flag of Pakistan should be exalted.

Parliamentary Secretary for Inter-Provincial Coordination, Saima Nadeem, who specially participated in the event, assured Usman Wazir of all possible government support regarding the next international event.
Usman Wazir will defend his title under Hussain Shah Promotions in Karachi on December 19th and after just two victories, he will qualify for the next international title.
