Asia Mobile Industry Award: ZTE CEO Awarded

ZTE CEO Xu Ziyang received the Outstanding Contribution Award at the Asia Mobile Industry Award, confirming the global telecommunications operator’s contribution to the development of the global mobile industry.

ZTE Corporation, the global provider of telecommunications, enterprise and consumer technology solutions for the mobile Internet, announced that its CEO Xu Ziyang has been awarded the Asia Mobile Industry Award Outstanding Contribution at the Asia Mobile GSMA Awards (The AMOs) 2022, held in Hong Kong on July 29th. Mobile communication technology has become the main driver of the booming digital economy to enrich people’s lives, accelerate the digital transformation of industries and promote economic growth.

To meet the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic with innovative ICT technologies and facilitate the digitization and low carbonization of the industry for the healthy development of the economy, ZTE has carried out in-depth cooperation in building digital infrastructure, digital industry development and more with its global partners. To date, ZTE has entered into cooperation with more than 110 operators globally on 5G, while working with more than 500 partners to jointly explore more than 100 innovative 5G application scenarios in 15 industries.
