Ashleigh gardner, Australia’s dynamic all-rounder,⁤ has soared to a career-best second spot in​ the ICC Women’s ODI Bowling ​Rankings. Her stellar performance in the first match of the three-ODI ‌series against England in Sydney on Sunday propelled her to this new high. Gardner’s remarkable display, which included‌ taking three ⁤wickets for 19 runs and scoring an unbeaten 42,⁣ earned her the Player of the​ Match title. this ⁤feat also boosted her rating points ⁢in both batting and all-rounders’ rankings.

In the batting rankings, ⁢Gardner holds the 15th position with 604 points, showcasing her versatility. Simultaneously occurring, she’s now ⁤a close second to South ‍Africa’s Marizanne Kapp in the all-rounders’ ​list, just eight points shy of Kapp’s ‍466.
