• A first in Tunisia: the upgrade of Evax.tn, the largest G2C (Government – Citizen) service for millions of Tunisians, which digitizes the vaccination process from start to finish.
• Implementation of the first two e-participation platforms in Tunisia: e-istichara.tn and e-Iblagh.tn: e-Istichara to carry out a national opinion survey for the general public and e-Iblagh for reporting problems that the Tunisian Internet user meets online.
• Establishment of an online platform with the National Frequency Agency to inform citizens regarding the level of the field and electromagnetic pollution in their environment.
• Launch of work for the implementation of a national strategy for artificial intelligence aimed mainly at connecting sectoral observatories and the superposition of sectoral data for the creation of value and the implementation of intelligent solutions and assistance to decision-making in various sectors.
• Launch of work for the deployment of IPv6 in Tunisia: a project that has not been able to move for years. A subject of great importance for the IoT and 5G, a subject completely neglected by former ministers.
• Launch of work to set up a mobile-ID with telecom operators and structures under supervision such as CNI, Ance and Ansi. The mobileID service will allow the citizen to authenticate and sign documents electronically, thus being able to eliminate the legalized signature and better serve the citizens online.

• Visit the premises of all the companies under supervision to closely identify problems and concerns and interact with employees in the sector. Visits made every Friday and marked by the hashtag #Vendredi_Des_Entreprises on social networks
• Ecosystem meeting to find out the expectations of the various players: Utica, Connect, Order of Engineers, young entrepreneurs, private companies, start-ups, etc.
• Launch of three calls for applications for the selection of the best Tunisian start-ups in order to encourage them to prospect and exhibit in fairly prestigious meeting events in the world in terms of ICT:
– Dubai Espo 2021
