Aruba extends ban on flights to and from Venezuela (+Date)

The aeronautical authorities of the island of Aruba decided to extend the ban on commercial passenger, cargo and general aviation flights to and from Venezuela.

According to Aruba’s Reina Beatrix International Airport, the measure has been renewed for three months, specifically until November 17.

It should be noted that the last renewal was issued on July 20 until the present date.

Furthermore, although the measure to suspend connections with Venezuela occurred in 2019, the Aruban government proposed to the National Government in February 2023 to reactivate the maritime border.

This is subject to compliance with certain conditions and agreements, the Embassy of the Netherlands in Venezuela indicated.
