Artist Namboothiri passed away. He was 98 years old. He was undergoing treatment for age-related ailments. He died in a private hospital in Kottakkal, Malappuram. KM Vasudevan Namboothiri, artist Namboothiri, was a genius who created many favorite characters of Malayali. There will be a public darshan from morning to 12 noon at the house in Edapall Naduvattam and till 3 pm at Thrissur Lalitha Kala Academy Hall. The cremation will be held at 5.30 pm at the home grounds in Edapall.
