The Togolese visual artist, photographer, videographer is in residence in Lormont. He presents some of his visionary work this Monday, December 13

Project initiated by the National Commission of the Francophonie, in partnership with the City of Lormont and the association MC2a, the residence of Jerry Doe Orlando takes place over a fortnight in Lormont, until December 15. It will be followed by several meetings, including the first this Monday, December 13, at 6 p.m., at the Zig-Zag café, 73 cours de l’Argonne. Originally from Togo, Jerry Doe Orlando works on what he calls “the transmigration of being”, an approach that questions the mutation of identity, African, but not only, from a symbolic and imaginary point of view. The artist will be accompanied in the presentation of his subject and his work by the art historian Anouk Bertaux.
