The global popularity of ChatGPT continues to grow, making 2023 the year of Artificial Intelligence. according to a Gartner researchAI is currently considered the technology with the greatest impact on companies across industries, revenues and sizes.
However, despite this, less than half of Brazilian companies currently use AI in their solutions and tools. One IBM study indicated that only 41% actively use technology.
While the road to harnessing this technology can be challenging, the promised benefits are undeniable. This is considered by experts as the perfect time for companies to study AI and prepare to use it.
Marcos Davi Mendes, CDO and Co-founder of Online Applications, stated during a webinar discussion “How to use AI in my business“, that despite being a technology already known for decades by IT professionals, the democratization of Artificial Intelligence is still just beginning.
“Companies like Microsoft are introducing new features into their solutions to improve communication and writing skills, as well as speed up and improve systems performance. It is important to remember that we should not depend entirely on these tools, but they will certainly eliminate many of the repetitive services that we do or fail to do”, concludes Marcos Davi.
