He said that review of Article 63A decision is a constitutional right and while exercising the constitutional right, the bench can correct the decision if it feels that it has erred.

He said that a constitutional dispute will surely arise with whatever decision the court takes.

Speaking in the program, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shoaib Shaheen also said that Justice Muneeb Akhtar should join the hearing of this case. He said that Justice Muneeb Akhtar did not say that I don’t want to sit in the bench, the objection he raised is related to the points of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah in which he explained the reconstruction and constitutional issues of the committee through the ordinance.
