It was not the first time that the 27-year-old had addressed the authorities. According to information, on July 16 he had transferred to T.A. Spaton – Artemis and complained that, at the beginning of the month, her 32-year-old, estranged husband, approached her while she was with their minor child outside her house and punched her in the face.
At the same time, as he complained on July 4, the 32-year-old had posted on TikTok a video of erotic content, in which the woman can be seen, without her consent. In fact, the defendant sent the same video to the 27-year-old’s mobile phone, threatening to release it to the whole world, as well as to the mobile phones of her mother, her lawyer and his secretary.
Afterwards, an investigation was carried out by the Security Department of Spata – Artemis at his home in Artemis, but nothing was found, according to EL.AS. An apology was obtained from the 32-year-old and a mobile phone was confiscated, which was sent for laboratory tests to the relevant department of the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
When asked by the police if she wished to be accommodated in a structure with her minor son, the woman had refused, since, as she stated at the time, she would temporarily stay with her parents, while actions were taken to grant the PANIC-BUTTON application.
