Arslanbek Makhmudov acquitted himself in brilliant fashion in what was to be his biggest challenge of his career so far on Saturday night when he outplayed Nigerian Raphael Akpejiori in Toledo, Ohio.
It was a first fight once morest an undefeated opponent for Makhmudov (17-0, 16 KOs), who is the NABF heavyweight champion.
