Arrests Made on Charges of Extortion Against Officials from Cicpc and PNB

These individuals had used their positions as public officials and access to confidential investigations to locate individuals being sought, then demanded money to prevent their arrest. The fake Cicpc member contributed to the criminal activities carried out by these individuals. Additionally, merchants in Caracas were also extorted by these individuals in exchange for allowing them to operate their businesses.
