This Sunday followingnoon around 3:30 p.m., a police patrol from the Secova zone went to the Meadows of Tilff which have not been in operation for quite some time. The police had been warned that a man was on the roof of the Prés de Tilff building!
This man, a 30-year-old from Luxembourg, was actually removing the copper hooks that hold the slates on the roof of the building! He had already harvested 11 kg! Already known to justice, in particular for other acts of theft, this 30-year-old was deprived of liberty and brought before the Liège prosecutor’s office on Monday morning. He will be the subject of an accelerated summons before the criminal court of Liège on October 4th.
