The partner of the man who died in Deerlijk was arrested for manslaughter. This was announced by the West Flanders public prosecutor’s office this Sunday evening. As a reminder, the 57-year-old man was violently killed in Deerlijk during the night from Friday to Saturday. His partner and two children were arrested. The daughter (22 years old) was released and the son (20 years old) was released on conditions.
The victim’s partner remains detained for manslaughter.
