Following the direction of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Minister of Public Security on the implementation of Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW, dated March 16, 2022 of the Politburo and the direction of the Divisional Steering Committee, anti-corruption and negative behavior in Hai Duong province, on February 8, the Hai Duong Provincial Police Investigation Agency prosecuted the case, prosecuted the accused, arrested and detained 6 former officers of the Traffic Police Team. Police order in Chi Linh City.
The subjects included: Bui Manh Tuan, Nguyen Van Bang, Nguyen Van Tuan, Mac Quoc Phuong, Nguyen Thanh Trung, Truong Manh Dang. The subjects were prosecuted for the crime of abusing positions and powers while performing their official duties, specified in Clause 2, Article 356 of the 2015 Penal Code, which occurred on February 4 in Chi Linh City, province Hai Duong. On the same day, the People’s Procuracy of Hai Duong province approved the above decisions.
