Arrest warrant issued once morest members of the COG for a complaint filed in February

Judge “A” Seventh Multi-personal Court of First Instance Criminal Court, Fredy Orellana, ordered rooting measures once morest members of the Guatemalan Olympic Committee following a complaint filed at the beginning of the year.
In a letter sent to the Guatemalan Institute of Migration It is requested to proceed with the measure of rooting once morest Gerardo René Aguirre Westmannpresident of the COGas well as members of the Executive Committee.
According to staff of Criminal Management of the Judicial BodyThe action is due to a complaint filed on February 7 once morest the sports entity.
The measure also applies to Juan Carlos Sagastume Bendaña, Maria del Carmen Lorena Toriello Arzu and/or Maria del Carmen Lorena Toriello Arzu de Garcia-Gallont, Claudia Lorena Rivera Lucas and Rafael Antonio Cuesta Rolz.
In addition, Gerardo Estrada Mayorga, Helen Jeanyra Gonzalez Orellana, Jorge Gustavo Rehwoldt Castaneda, Elvia Delfina Gonzalez Torres and Alvaro Raul Reynoso Urzua.
In Criminal Management they indicated that a unilateral hearing was held in which the Public ministry requested a restraining order once morest the members of the COG and the investigation into those accused is pending.
