The Lebanese security services were able to identify and arrest a woman who sparked a wide wave of controversy, following surveillance cameras documented her breaking into a “mini-market” inside a gas station and pointing a gun at the worker at the station, following she stole, and was known in the media as the “wild lady.” .

The division was able to determine her identity and place of residence, and it became clear that her name is: G. j. (Born in 1983, Lebanese) with a criminal record of trafficking, drug abuse, and theft.

The woman, at Tarekh, entered, by breaking and dislocating, a “mini-market” inside one of the gas stations in Zouk Mosbeh and stole a quantity of its contents. And when the station worker heard a noise, he came to check the “mini-market”, where he was surprised by a woman who was stealing inside, and the latter did nothing but point a gun at him and fled to an unknown destination, on board a “Honda” car that she had parked in front of the station. Social media circulated a video showing the theft and escape, and the thief was dubbed the “wild lady”.

After careful monitoring and control, a security patrol was able to raid her house in the locality of Al-Dahiya and was arrested, and some stolen items and two mobile phones were seized, in addition to the car used in the theft, according to the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces.

By interrogating her, she confessed to what was attributed to her, and the pistol used in the theft was seized following indicating the place where it was thrown in the Choueifat locality, which turned out to be a plastic pistol.
