Mr. Pichal is suspected of possession and distribution of images of sexual violence once morest minors.
He was arrested at the end of August and immediately resigned. He then presented, among others, “De Inspecteur” on Radio 2 of the Flemish public broadcaster VRT.
Two other defendants in this case RDB (34) and BD (35) are still behind bars.
