Around his son Sylvain Tesson and his daughters, the playwright Stéphanie Tesson and the journalist Daphné Tesson, actors, animators or even journalists paid tribute to the one who died on February 1, at the age of 94.
The first lady Brigitte Macron was present, she was thus able to find several political figures on the spot such as Roselyne Bachelot, Bruno Le Maire, or even the former minister Alain Madelin, who appeared particularly affected at the end of the funeral. A peaceful death, surrounded by his family
The journalist and drama critic, Philippe Tesson, died on February 1 at the age of 94, “peacefully and surrounded by his children” said his family. He died at his home in Chatou (Yvelines), said the jury of the Interallié prize, which he chaired.
Philippe Tesson had been the editor of the legendary newspaper “Combat” from 1960 to 1974, before founding his own newspaper, the “Quotidien de Paris”, which he directed for 20 years (1974-1994).
