Arnold Schwarzenegger credits meditation with improving his mental and physical health.

The ‘Terminator’ legend has been meditating daily since the 1970s and credits the practice with “helping him a lot” in his efforts to stay fit.

Arnie, 75, told Tudum: “I started meditating when I felt like too much was happening and I was overwhelmed and frantic.
