There’s no denying that Redfall did dent Arkane Studios’ reputation, but it’s still just a bad game that has lasted over two decades with an otherwise entertaining and impressive record. Arkane Studios’ next title is currently unknown, as they haven’t announced anything – although it seems like we’ll get a real answer soon, like…this week. According to notorious (and pretty accurate) leaker Nate the Hate, the developer will unveil a new game during The Game Awards on Friday. Since Arkane has two studios, one in Lyon and one in Austin, we’re assuming the next game will be developed by Arkane Lyon, since Arkane Austin produced Redfall, which launched earlier this year. Lyon is considered their main and best studio, having previously developed Dishonored 2 and Death Circle. Nate the Hate said he doesn’t know which game this is, so it might be related to some of their previous franchises like Dishonored, Deathloop, or Prey – or it might even be something entirely new. We think Dishonored 3 is our best bet since Microsoft leaked the news earlier this fall. Let’s speculate, what do you think this is regarding?
