This weekend our remaining teams will be starting the games. The Central Junior League and the 5th league are starting.

During the preparation period, our teams trained at facilities in Gdynia. After joining the club as the director of the academy Dariusz Pasiekand the modification of the coaching structure was also ongoing. This process, combined with cooperation with the Arka Initiative Association, is still ongoing, but we know the structure of the sports department of our youth within Arka Gdynia SA.
As director Pasieka emphasises, the most important goals set for this season are currently the promotion of the second team so that it can return to a higher level as soon as possible.
In turn, the junior teams will have slightly different priorities:
The purpose of the Academy as such is to deliver players to the first team. The means to achieve this are primarily the matches of our teams in the Central Junior League. However, we do not set goals in the form of taking specific places. The better the performance of these teams, the results will follow and this will give a higher place in the table. We also want to ensure that the staff is present at full time with each team, which has not been so obvious recently.
