The local court of Islamabad has called for arguments in the upcoming hearing on the pre-arrest bail applications of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder chairman Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in a case, while the court has ordered the Superintendent Adiala Jail. Directed the former prime minister to video link or physical presence.
Additional and Sessions Judge Afzal Majuka heard the pre-arrest bail application of founder PTI 6 and Bushra Bibi while PTI lawyer Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry appeared in the court.
PTI’s lawyer Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry pleaded that barrister Salman Safdar is busy with a case in the Lahore High Court, so the hearing on the bail pleas should be adjourned till next week.
The judge remarked that the hearing might not be held early, and the hearing would be adjourned to September following the holidays.

On this, the lawyer requested that it be kept for next week, barrister Salman Safdar has to give arguments, on which Judge Afzal Majuka said that there is a lot of rush of cases next week.
Later, the court directed Superintendent Adiala Jail to present Imran Khan via video link or physically and asked for arguments on the bail applications.
Along with this, the Sessions Court adjourned the hearing on the bail applications till July 30.
