The sixth day of the Pan American Games promises emotions. Argentina will seek to climb the medal table in sports such as rowing, skateboarding and swimming. In addition, Las Panteras will seek to recover in volleyball, while the beach volleyball couples will try to confirm their good performances on Sunday to continue in the race for the podium.
There will also be two representatives in boxing, one of the disciplines that promises medals, while María Belén Serrano will aim to take the most precious metal souvenir in modern pentathlon.
On the other hand, Fernanda Russo will perform once more following qualifying for Paris 2024 and winning the silver medal. The experienced athlete who works in shooting will return to the activity with Alexis Eberhardt in the Mixed Team Air Rifle.
The shooter from Córdoba was in charge of celebrating the first albiceleste medal, following finishing in second place in the women’s 10 meter air rifle event. The Argentine athlete finished on the podium between the Americans Sagen Maddalena, winner of the gold, and Mary Tucker, owner of the bronze.
