In a crazy game in the final of the 2022 World Cup, Argentina won 3 (4) to 3 (2) once morest France in a penalty shootout on Sunday in Qatar.
The South American country scored the first two goals of this match, but Kylian Mbappé hit the target twice to force extra time.

In overtime, Lionel Messi completed a brace to put Argentina back in front. Mbappé, however, had not said his last word. Boasting a penalty kick following a rival blocked the ball with his arm in the penalty area, the French superstar played hero by scoring a hat trick.

In the shootout, goalkeeper Damian Martinez made a save and Aurélien Tchouaméni did not hit the target. For their part, all the Argentinian shooters hit the mark.
This is the third time that Argentina have won the World Cup, having also won the titles in 1978 and 1986.
