The artist Samir Sabry explained that the reason for calling him “King of Weddings” is due to the musician Ammar Al-Sharei, saying: “When Farah went with him and I was always with him in his house and he used to come Muhammad Munir, Abdul Rahman Al-Abnoudi and senior stars,
I was with him in Farah, and Ammar said that we are with us, the star Samir Sabry. For her part, the artist, Athar Al-Hakim, revealed that the story of her relationship with the artist Samir Sabry suddenly topped the conversation of all artistic and non-artistic circles, regarding whether they got married or not? What is the truth of their relationship, is it friendship or an emotional relationship?
She confirmed that she is a friend of the artist Samir Sabry only, and they have never married or been engaged, and they are friends and nothing more. She said: “I will not present a detailed note in which such a thing did not happen, or explain the secret of the intimate friendship that binds me with him.”
Athar Al-Hakim pointed out that her permanent friendships with the opposite sex, and since she was young, her brother’s friends were her friends, not her age, and she has only one friend outside the artistic community and the rest of her friends are men.
She explained that the artist Samir Sabry has the qualities of masculinity, magnanimity and rare sincerity and never leaves his friend in times of trouble.
