The European humanitarian university has become truly European, but it does not lose its connection with its homeland – Belarus.

He was the rector of this educational institution for many years, and later – the president of YSU Anatoly Mikhailov retired in 2021. However, since then, the Senate of YSU has been headed by a well-known Belarusian lawyer, doctor of social sciences Lyudmila Ulyashina. At one time, she was the defender of the ex-head of the National Bank, Tamara Vinnikova, and later she worked in various international projects and defended her thesis.
