Arada has announced the launch of Nassaq District, a residential complex of three luxury buildings strategically located within the masterplan of the integrated Aljada community, the largest mixed-use project in the history of Sharjah. Work on the luxury residential complex is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2024. It represents the next stage of development within one of the most active construction sites in the Emirates, in which 6,000 new housing units are currently being built.
The three buildings of Nasaq comprise a total of 384 housing units, characterized by their elegant and contemporary architectural designs. All buildings also offer direct access to a main boulevard with a range of shops, restaurants and cafés, and a linear park featuring a wide range of exceptional sports facilities.
Today, Monday, the sale of the first building of Nassaq took place, which consists of 112 apartments with various options of one, two and three bedrooms. Other facilities that will be used exclusively by the residents of the buildings include a fitness club and a swimming pool.
Nassaq Homes is also strategically located within the Avenue masterplan, only a few minutes’ walk from Madar, the Avenue’s trendy family entertainment destination, District Textile Museum, Sabis International School – Avenue and Business Park.
Commenting on the launch, Ahmed Al-Khushaibi, CEO of Arada, said: “Nasaq houses many advantages that include its strategic location in the integrated Aljada community, its direct connection to many exceptional amenities, in addition to its bold and attractive modern designs,” adding: “We still We are witnessing a growing demand for homes in Aljada, and we expect the layout units to resonate with investors and buyers very positively.”
Aljada started its current year at an active pace, as it awarded, during the month of January, a construction contract worth 322 million dirhams to construct eight buildings comprising a total of nearly 1,000 housing units. The most active in the region.
In a related context, the pace of home delivery in Aljada is increasing rapidly, with 1,200 units completed during 2021, and it is expected that at least 30 buildings and one villa cluster will be delivered this year, in addition to the final stage of Sabis International School – Aljada.
