Riyadh: A Malayali-led consultancy brings an investment of 600 million riyals in Saudi Arabia. The MoU was signed at a business conclave attended by foreign investors under the auspices of Arab Dreams. Women entrepreneurs from 12 countries also made a notable presence in the event. The conclave was to convince the investors coming to Saudi Arabia from Asia regarding the opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
The Saudi Business Opportunities Conclave was held in Riyadh. The event was jointly organized by Arab Dreams, a leading consultancy in Saudi Arabia, and International Business Week, a business community. IBW is a unified association of global business leaders, investors and entrepreneurs. Businessmen and investors from 12 countries including China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, America, Britain, Qatar and UAE participated in the conclave.
A good portion of the program was women. Salman Ghamdi, chairman of Arab Dreams, presided over the event. All the opportunities in Saudi were highlighted in the presentations at the event. One of the main attractions of the conclave was the panel discussion on engineering and innovation. The discussion was moderated by Vineet C Nambiar, International Director of IBW.
A memorandum of understanding was signed with various companies for the investment of 600 million riyals. Esther Wong, Vice President of Hong Kong Middle East Chamber, and Anzhi Ying Ping, President of Asia Pacific Economic and Trade Union spoke.
