MADRID (EFE).— After a March full of global releases, April is a period of transition in the video game sector. However, “Stellar Blade”, Sony’s most recent exclusive release, will arrive on PlayStation 5 in the last days of this month with a fast-paced action adventure and a spectacular staging.
Other planned releases are:
“Ereban: Shadow Legacy” (Wednesday the 10th). Stealth, action and adventure by developer Baby Robot Games. Brings to PC and Xbox (One/Series) the story of Ayana, the last descendant of an ancient race, capable of wielding the power of shadows in a changing and hopeless world.
“Planet of Lana” (Tuesday 16). Discover a world of colors, machines and beings throughout different universes and centuries. A young man, along with his inseparable and faithful companion, will star in a cinematic adventure and science fiction story full of puzzles. It will be available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation (4/5) and Xbox (One/Series).
“Sker Ritual” (Thursday 18). Wales Interactive presents in “Sker Ritual” the heir to “Maid of Sker”, a mythical horror title. Hordes of terrifying creatures will harass the player, who will have to survive Los Silientes alone or accompanied by up to three players.
It will be available on PC, PlayStation (4/5) and Xbox (One/Series).
“ArcRunner” (Friday the 19th). It is a frenetic “roguelite” (dungeon crawling video game) with a cyberpunk aesthetic and style, developed by Tricjjump Games and PQube. Each game will be an opportunity for the human clone that the player will control to prevail over the artificial intelligence that dominates The Arc space station to save it from destruction. It will be available for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation (4/5) and Xbox (One/Series).
“Tales of Kenzera: ZAU” (Tuesday 23rd). The God of Death must claim the spirit of his father in a “metroidvania” adventure – 2D action and skill acquisition – that will come to PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. A work of platforms and action in abundance that is located in the land of Kenzera and that has been developed by Surgent Studios and Electronic Arts.
“Sand Land” (Friday the 26th). ILCA and Bandai Namco Entertainment present in “Sand Land” a desert world drowned by an extreme drought. An original action RPG title in which the demons must overcome the heat if they want to find the legendary spring hidden in the desert. Available on PC, PlayStation (4/5) and Xbox Series.
“TopSpin 2k25” (Friday the 26th) Wimbledon, Roland Garros, US Open, Australian Open… Tennis lovers will be able to dream once more of lifting a Grand Slam in one of the tennis titles par excellence. Developed by Hangar 13 and 2K Games, the best tennis in the world, as well as the most important tennis players on the circuit, will come to PC, PlayStation (4/5) and Xbox Series.
“Stellar Blade” (Friday the 26th). We will have to wait until that day to receive the most anticipated title of April. By Shift Up and Sony Interactive Entertainment, “Stellar Blade” is another of the great PlayStation 5 exclusive releases for 2024. Eve and her companions assume the extinction of the Earth when they discover, thanks to Xion, that a redoubt of humanity. Now they must save the planet in a frenetic “hack’n’slash” action adventure.
