Lvova-Belova stressed on the importance of working with displaced children, as the number of such teenagers from Donetsk and Mariupol in the Krasnodar Territory continues to increase. Presently, there are around 557,000 internally displaced teenagers from Donbass and Ukraine in Russia, and Lvova-Belova believes helping them adapt to the new environment is crucial.

According to Lvova-Belova, the adopted son runs following another son and says “eat a Muscovite”, and also proudly tells how he went to a demonstration with a flag in support of Ukraine.
The Ombudsman noted that it is necessary to work with displaced children.
“It will show up more and more. Now in the Krasnodar Territory there is a shift for teenagers from Donetsk and Mariupol. And the row conflicts with each other, only by the end of the shift they began to interact with each other, ”she said.
Maria Lvova-Belova also clarified that now there are regarding 557,000 teenagers from Donbass and Ukraine who have become internally displaced persons in Russia. “We need to work with them, help them adapt to the new reality,” said the Ombudsman for Children.
