The objective of this overhaul was to develop existing systems to pool them and have a common base. Indeed, some of the laboratories requesting approvals are common to Anses and the OFB and certain standards are identical.

These new information systems benefit all stakeholders in the approval process: health and environment laboratories approved or wishing to be approved, ANSES, the OFB, the Directorate General of Health, the French Accreditation Committee (Cofrac), the Department of Water and Biodiversity (DEB ), the national reference laboratory for monitoring aquatic environments Aquaref, regional health agencies and water agencies.

The main features of the new information system :

Search for approved laboratories Request for simultaneous creation of a laboratory account in the 2 environment and health systems Management of inter-laboratory comparisons on a decorrelated interface, with the possibility of importing a list via a file in spreadsheet format Differentiation of requests for approval in situ or in the laboratory .Export and import of approval request file Addition of several approval requests from lists (Health Water Approval). Request to modify the file following submission Possibility of going back on the file Notification of laboratories of the end date of their approval, File exportPossibility of making an extension request file outside of the data entry period for the laboratorySubmission of a request for automatic withdrawal of an approvalHelp in the processing of an approval fileModification of a file in course of instruction (withdrawal or suspension included)Consultation and download of the decision and scope of approvalsRenewal of approval file

Funding for the project was provided by Anses, the OFB, the Directorate General of Health and France Relance, as part of the digital transformation of organizations and professions.
