Infront, a Wanda Sports Group company, is a global leader in sports marketing. Known for its high-end positioning, Infront France is a sports marketing agency with global expertise, offering a complete range of specialized services dedicated to the sports market: distribution of media rights, sponsorship, TV production, consulting, hospitality and organization of ‘events.
In order to strengthen the Hospitality, Travel & Seminars division, Infront France is looking for a Hospitality Sales Assistant.
Your missions will be as follows:
– Marketing to companies of all of the Agency’s Hospitality products (Stade de France, Paris La Défense Arena, 24h of Le Mans, Rugby, Travel, Miscellaneous, etc.);
– The development of a portfolio of new B2B clients in order to achieve set annual objectives;
– The definition and implementation of a prospecting strategy;
– Establishing close relationships with customers;
– Management of the entire sales cycle (from making an appointment to finalizing the contract) then accounting monitoring (invoicing and payment);
– Carrying out sales monitoring and weekly reporting;
– Participation in commercial operations: trade fairs, events, field prospecting;
– Supporting customers during events.
Required profile :
– Ability to achieve commercial objectives;
– Ability to identify and create a bond with the interlocutors;
– Commercial fiber and results culture;
– Tenacious and persevering temperament;
– Autonomy, organization, rigor and team spirit;
– Excellent interpersonal skills and great listening skills;
– Computer skills and MS Office (PowerPoint / Excel) required;
– Work-study program intended for baccalaureate +3/+4 students;
– English proficiency.
Availability: January 2024
Type: 12-month work-study contract

Remuneration: Regulatory provisions. 50% coverage of the transport ticket
