Patients or their dependents can now schedule or reschedule appointments for health counseling, family doctor, smoking cessation, student health assessments, diet, child care, and Covid-19 vaccine clinics through Nar’Akam.
The patient can select the convenient one from the three selected dates and times for the appointment and then receive a confirmation message on the mobile with a reference number. After evaluating the appointment, the reception staff at the health center will call the patient to confirm the time and date. You will then receive a confirmation SMS with a reference number.
The subsequent submitted request will be checked by STAP. The patient will then be called to confirm the date and time for the appointment. Once confirmed, they book the appointment and send the patient a confirmation message for the appointment.
