The Board of Directors of SAL Steel Limited meeting on 25th August 2023 approved the appointment of Mr. Vinay Kumar Mishra as Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer (Key Management Person) of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the Listing Rules, with effect from 25 August 2023. The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Shri Piyush Chandarana as Additional Director appointed as Full Time Director (Key Management Person) of the company with effect from 25th August 2023. Shri Vinay Kumar Mishra is a member of Indian Institute of Corporate Secretaries (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) under membership number F11464 and holds a Masters degree in Commerce.
He has more than 10 years of rich and varied experience in the field of corporate secretarial and legal affairs. He has worked as a corporate secretary and compliance officer with several companies. Shri Piyush Chandarana is a Commerce graduate from Gujarat University and has over 38 years of varied experience in production, operations and business activities including sourcing, strategic planning and management in within various companies.
