While AMD has officially announced the ZEN4 CPU, various methods of applying thermal grease have been reported recently. In this regard, Noctua has released a thermal paste guard that can be easily applied with thermal grease.
AMD AM5 exclusive NA-TPG1 thermal paste guard is a form of overlaying the ZEN4 CPU on the motherboard after it is installed. It is designed to prevent the grease applied on the CPU from dripping onto the CPU PCB board and main board.
Noctua has announced that the new AM5 edition of Noctua NT-H1 and NT-H2 thermal pastes will be available in December, delivered with 10 NA-CW1 cleaning wipes (NA-STPG1) on the NA-TPG1.
Regarding the price, NA-STPG1 is 7.9$ (about 11,000 Korean Won), NT-H1 3.5g Am5 Edition is 9.9$ (14,000 Korean Won), NT-H2 3.5g Am5 Edition is 13.9$ (about 20,000 Korean Won).
