The Peshawar High Court upheld the decision of the Appellate Tribunal once morest the approval of the papers of Senate election candidates Murad Saeed, Azam Swati, Faisal Javed, Khurram Zeeshan and Azhar Mashwani and dismissed the petitions.
Justice Arshad Ali and Justice Waqar Ahmed of Peshawar High Court heard the petition filed by Murad Saeed once morest approval of papers for Senate elections.
During the hearing, Murad Saeed’s lawyer told the court that Taj Muhammad Afridi has withdrawn the papers, now he is not a Senate candidate, he cannot object if he is not a candidate.
At the same time, Amir Javed Advocate took the stand in the court that Taj Mohammad Afridi is an objector from the beginning, he was also a candidate when filing the application, Murad Saeed did not provide correct details related to the cases, Murad Saeed did not disclose the assets, while Murad Saeed did not disclose the assets. Saeed did not even collect the fine imposed for violating the code of conduct.
Amir Javed Advocate told the court that Murad Saeed’s papers for the National Assembly were rejected for not submitting the fine, the appeal has to be filed by himself, but Murad Saeed is absconding.

After that, the Peshawar High Court upheld the decision of the Appellate Tribunal and dismissed the petitions once morest approval of documents of Murad Saeed, Azam Swati, Faisal Javed, Khurram Zeeshan and Azhar Mashwani.
