Apple’s years-old record is broken, the new S6 processor introduced in the smartwatch

Apple has been introducing new iPhones every year in September for years, but this time the tradition was broken.

Apple’s Virtual Timeflies event focused on the company’s new smartwatches, iPads and digital subscriptions to TV and video games.

Obviously, the most attention-grabbing device turned out to be the new Apple Watch 6, which has a number of enhancements.

The Apple Watch 6 has a hand hygiene tracker to fight Covid-19, a feature to monitor blood oxygen levels that will alert the user when the level is too low.

Features like sleep tracking via motion sensors have been added while new colors like Blue Aluminum, Black Graphite and Deep Red have been added.

The company said that the Apple Watch 6 series will check the blood oxygen level in 15 seconds using red and infrared light.

This smartwatch has a new S6 processor which will be 20% faster than the previous one.

The Series Six includes WatchOS 7, which will now be available for devices up to the Series 3, but the new watch will perform better due to the new sensors.

Apple has also introduced a new feature called Family Setup that will allow parents to control their children’s Apple Watches.

Parents will be able to send calls or messages from the watch, set up location alerts, use Do Not Disturb mode and other features.

This smartwatch will be available for sale from September 15 for 399 dollars (over 66 thousand Pakistani rupees).

Along with the Series Six, Apple has also introduced a lower-priced Apple Watch SE that will replace the 3-year-old Apple Watch 3.

Its price will start at 279 dollars (over 46 thousand Pakistani rupees) while the cellular model is priced at 329 dollars (over 54 thousand Pakistani rupees) which will be available to customers on Friday.

Most of the features on this watch are the same as the Series 6, including a built-in accelerometer, gyroscope and all-ways-on altimeter, along with sleep tracking and a hand hygiene tracker.
