When dealing with products involving virtual reality, it is natural that immersion and the idea that the user is “entering another world” come to mind. However, an important point of Apple’s headset development, according to Cook, was that do not isolate the user, but connecting it to the people around. This may be a defining and distinctive factor of the product in relation to competitors.

Cook also commented on an issue involving redemptions of savings account values launched by Apple in the United States.
