According to IT media TechCrunch on the 29th (local time), Apple’s multi-view function, like YouTube TV, targets sports content.
Apple TV plans to improve the small screen mode within the existing screen to enable simultaneous viewing of up to four sports contents.
In addition, when browsing sports content in the app, it is expected that the user will be able to select the mode directly through a ‘full screen’ or ‘multi-view’ mode selection message.
Apple has not officially announced the release of the feature, but iOS 17 is expected to include multiview.
