- Apple will unveil new computers and accessories over the next week
- Instead of a traditional keynote, we will see several separate premieres
- Youtuber Jon Prosser collected all the leaks and filmed his own keynote instead of Apple
Apple will introduce new computers next week, but this time it will do so without a traditional keynote. The Cupertino giant didn’t invite journalists to any grand event or send invitations to watch a pre-recorded stream — instead, Apple’s Chief Marketing Officer Frew Joswiak posted the following on social media:
Mac (😉) your calendars! We have an exciting week of announcements ahead, starting on Monday morning. Stay tuned… pic.twitter.com/YnoCYkZq6c
— Greg Joswiak (@gregjoz) October 24, 2024
In his tweet, Joswiak teases that an exciting week full of various announcements will begin on Monday. From this, it can be concluded that Apple will spread the premiere of the upcoming news over several days, perhaps similar to March 2019 – when Apple successively presented iPad Air and Mini, iMac and MacBook Pro computers, and AirPods 2nd generation headphones in four days.
A well-known YouTuber filmed the keynote for Apple
We don’t yet know what form of presentation Apple will choose, but we obviously won’t see a traditional press conference. YouTuber Jon Prosser from the channel Front Page Tech (fpt.) could not accept this, and based on available information, he filmed the entire autumn keynote instead of Apple. The result is stunning.
For the basis, Prosser borrowed past Apple presentations, especially last year’s Halloween presentation of Mac Pros with M3 chips. Instead of Apple’s top representatives, however, he played himself in the video – according to the chosen clothes, gestures or tone of voice, it is not difficult to recognize which person he is playing at the given moment.
Although Prosser peppered his keynote with a lot of more or less funny jokes (Craig Federighi and the “broad” list of news in Apple Intelligence were especially amused), he basically presented everything that Apple is planning for the next week:
- MacBooky Pro with Apple M4 chips and three Thunderbolt ports and a black variant for the cheapest variant
- 24″ iMac with Apple M4 chips and new USB-C accessories – Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad
- Mac Mini with Apple M4 chips and a redesigned design with a smaller footprint, greater height and a modified supply of ports including five USB-C, HDMI and a power port
Don’t overlook
MacBook Pro, iMac with M4 and accessories with USB-C: what new is Apple planning?
According to Prosser, the new M4 generation chips are supposed to offer 20 percent more processing power and at least 16 GB of unified memory for the smooth running of Apple Intelligence.
Prosser worked on his video for a month and in the end indicated that it might not be the last keynote from his workshop. In the future, instead of “ordinary” leaks, will we see full presentations that will overtake the official ones?

Apple’s New Approach: A Comedy of Errors or Genius?
Ah, Apple. The tech giant that once took the world by storm with its dazzling keynotes and neatly choreographed presentations. But guess what? They’ve decided that a traditional keynote is so last season. Instead, they’re taking a page from the YouTube playbook! Incredible. Why hire a venue and professional presenters when you can just procrastinate and leave it to the kids with cameras and bad lighting?

Mac (😉) your calendars! We have an exciting week of announcements ahead, starting on Monday morning. Stay tuned…
— Greg Joswiak, Apple’s Chief Marketing Officer
So, what are we in for? An “exciting week” where Apple will spread out its new announcements like a buffet of tech goodies. It’s like their marketing team had a group therapy session and decided they needed to relax. Or perhaps they received a group email suggesting a “relaxed vibe” for the new era? Either way, it seems we’re in for a feast of new toys.
But Wait—There’s a YouTuber in the Room!
In a plot twist that could rival any M. Night Shyamalan film, YouTuber Jon Prosser took it upon himself to create a keynote—yes, you heard that right! The man essentially pulled a “Here’s Everything That’s About to Happen” out of thin air, filmed it in his bedroom, and managed to convince us it was the real deal. If that’s not hustling, I don’t know what is!
With the flair of a master impersonator, Prosser put on his very own show, channeling the charisma of Apple’s big shots. Except instead of a slick presentation, we’re treated to a man in his living room talking about the “MacBooky Pro.” It’s not just a keynote; it’s the Apple product showcase filtered through the lens of slapstick, shoot-from-the-hip comedy. I mean, who knew we were on the verge of living in a world where tech leaks come with a laugh track?
His video, crafted from the scraps of previous Apple presentations, delivered all the juiciest tidbits Apple has in store:
- MacBook Pro with Apple M4 chips and a black variant of the entry-level model. Because why not give the regular folks a little style?
- 24″ iMac featuring the latest M4 chips and a new set of USB-C accessories. Bigger screens, bigger dreams!
- Mac Mini with the same M4 magic, but with a compact redesign for all those tech hoarders out there.
Prosser claims the M4 chips will bring an additional 20% processing power and at least 16GB of unified memory for our newly demanding Apple Intelligence. But honestly, at this point, can Apple just make a toaster that connects to Wi-Fi? I’d buy that!
And if you’re wondering if Jon has plans for more, don’t hold your breath. He’s hinted that this won’t be his last spotlight moment. Forget leaks; we might see the rise of the “YouTuber Direct” where folks can spill the beans right from their parents’ basement.
Honestly, can we blame him? Isn’t life a bit better when you have a wee bit of fun with it? So let’s keep our fingers crossed that next week isn’t just an avalanche of specs and stats, but something a bit more… theatrical. And who knows? Maybe Apple will be looking to hire Prosser for their next big show.
Until then, grab your popcorn and tune into the latest twist in the saga of tech presentations. It’s remote control time, folks!

In an intriguing shift from its usual practices, Apple is set to introduce a range of new computers next week. This time, however, the tech titan from Cupertino has opted out of a grand keynote presentation. Traditionally, major announcements would draw numerous journalists and fans; instead, Apple has chosen a more subdued approach. This week, Apple’s Chief Marketing Officer, Greg Joswiak, shared an engaging teaser on social media:

Joswiak’s tweet hints at a thrilling week packed with multiple announcements commencing on Monday. Apple appears to be taking a leaf out of its own history, reminiscent of March 2019 when it methodically unveiled the iPad Air, iPad Mini, iMac, and MacBook Pro in just a span of four days. By dispersing the revealing of its latest products over several days, Apple aims to build anticipation among fans and tech enthusiasts alike.
A well-known YouTuber filmed the keynote for Apple
While the specific format of Apple’s presentation remains undisclosed, it is clear that fans should not expect a conventional press conference this time around. In an unexpected twist, YouTuber Jon Prosser from the popular channel Front Page Tech (fpt.) decided to step in to create a mock keynote based on available leaks and insights rather than waiting for Apple’s official presentation. The outcome of his endeavor is nothing short of impressive.
For his video, Prosser drew inspiration from previous Apple keynotes, particularly last year’s Halloween event featuring the Mac Pros sporting M3 chips. He took on the role of Apple’s prominent faces, utilizing their distinctive styles—be it attire, gesticulations, or vocal tone—to impersonate them within the presentation, bringing a humorous yet informative angle to his critique.
Prosser dynamically infused his keynote with a blend of humor, particularly poking fun at figures like Craig Federighi while discussing the “broad” list of updates in Apple Intelligence. However, the crux of his presentation focused on the forthcoming announcements Apple has in store:
- MacBook Pro equipped with Apple M4 chips, featuring three Thunderbolt ports, and a sleek black variant for the budget-conscious consumer
- 24″ iMac launched with Apple M4 chips accompanied by new USB-C accessories such as the Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse, and Magic Trackpad
- Mac Mini sporting Apple M4 chips, showcasing a redesigned build with a compact footprint, increased height, and a revamped array of ports inclusive of five USB-C ports, HDMI, and a power connection
Moreover, Prosser highlights that the latest M4 generation chips will purportedly offer a 20 percent boost in processing power, alongside a minimum of 16 GB of unified memory aimed at ensuring seamless operation of Apple Intelligence features. He dedicated an entire month crafting his video and hinted that this might not be the last of his keynotes. Will we see him produce complete presentations in lieu of typical leaks in the future?
