The Studio Display display released last month was revealed to have a built-in A13 Bionic processor, 64GB of storage and a pre-loaded iOS system. However, users complained shortly following the launch that the quality of the Studio Display’s video lens was far from the presentation at the press conference. After Apple’s investigation Confirmed to be a software problem, and promised to fix it through a firmware update.
A few days ago, users have received update notifications from Studio Display, but not all users have been successfully updated. Some users complained in Apple’s official discussion forum, saying that when they tried to update the firmware, the system popped up “Apple Studio Display firmware update might not be completed” ” error message, instructing the user to try once more in 1 hour and contact an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Typically, users can update Studio Display by simply going to the Mac’s System Preferences, but users who get the error message connect the display to another Mac, or shut down and restart to fail to fix the update failure. A user has been told by Apple Customer Service that they need to take their Studio Display to an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider for repair.
