November has arrived and, with it, the countdown to the end of the year festivities. As is already tradition, Maçã tried to give a slap on the look of Apple Store Online with a Christmas theme. ????
Although we don’t have a special guide for Christmas this year, the store still has some tips on products and accessories to give as gifts to friends and/or family. And, as is also customary, the company extended the returns period for items purchased there.
Traditionally, anyone who purchases something in the store has a period of up to 14 days to make a return. Now, this deadline has been extended until the day January 8, 2024valid for so-called “qualified products” and purchases made during the November 3rd to December 25th.
Apple makes it very clear that memories and software whose packaging has been opened, electronic software downloads, software update products and gift packaging (which has already been have been discontinued some time ago, you’ll understand…).
If you need to return an item, simply access the order page, on the Maçã website, or call 0800-761-0867. Reimbursement of purchases via credit card is made through the issuing bank and via bank slips, an electronic transfer is made.
In addition to Brazil, the action is valid in several other countries, such as the United States, the United Kingdom and Portugal. The curious thing is that there are stores with even looser deadlines: in Spain, Mexico, Italy, Turkey and Japan, it will be possible to return a product purchased in the period between November 3rd and January 6th, 2024 until the 20th of same month!
