A Apple started selling single units of the AirPods Pro (2nd generation) charging case last Wednesday (13th), allowing the company’s customers to buy just the case. Previously, you had to buy a new pair of Bluetooth headphones or look for parallel units if the carrying accessory was lost or forgotten somewhere.
The novelty, however, comes with a common characteristic in Maçã products: the high price. Owners of wearables who want to purchase exclusively the charging case will have to pay R$999, that is, just under half the value of the headphones considering the official value of R$2,599 on the company’s official website in Brazil.
The MagSafe charging case features a USB-C port, integrated speakers and a lanyard port. As stated in the Apple Store, a single charge can provide the headphones with autonomy of up to 6 hours. The product can be found at Apple nationwide and has installment options of up to 12 installments of R$83.25.
