As part of an exclusive partnership, the Fnac-Darty group has become the first “third-party repairer” approved by the Apple brand.
You have an Apple Watch, an iPad or a iPhone and you need to have it repaired? You can now go to a Fnac-Darty group store. In the JDD (Sunday newspaper), Enrique Martinez (general manager of Fnac-Darty) adds: “Starting tomorrow, we will be the major local third-party repairer, approved by Apple in France. We now have official Apple approval for repairs and access to Apple spare parts“, rejoices the boss.

A new partnership and service that will build on the network of fast smartphone repair stores ‘WeFix‘. At the end of 2018, Fnac Darty acquired the company ‘WeFix’, which specializes in the rapid repair of smartphones. The objective was to deploy express repair stands in the group’s stores, which already have a solid following-sales service.
With ‘WeFix’
Employees of the ‘WeFix’ start-up will all be trained in the know-how and use of Apple tools. To date, Wefix has its own stores but also corners in Fnac and Darty stores.

On the ‘new product’ side, Apple has just launched its iPhone SE which is back in a third version. It is the most affordable apple smartphone in its Apple catalog. It is sold from 529 euros and embeds several components of the latest generation iPhones but still displays the old design of the iPhone launched in 2014. Better still, it offers the ‘Apple A15 Bionic’ chip present on… the Phone 13 , sold to him between 800 and 1,200 euros.
