Apple is planning a new 16-inch iPad, which should be available in the fourth quarter of 2023. At least that’s how Wayne Ma from The Information reports it. This iPad would represent the largest iPad yet and be significantly larger than the previous 12.9-inch iPad Pro.
Apple plans 16-inch iPad for late 2023
In the past, colleagues from The Information repeatedly proved their good Apple contacts. Now Wayne ma reports that Apple is working on a new 16 inch iPad. The report says
A 16-inch iPad would likely be aimed at creative professionals like graphic artists and designers who prefer a larger screen.
Additional details regarding the potential device were not given. All it says is that it will have the same screen size as a 16-inch MacBook Pro and would provide users with a significantly larger workspace.
Already last year announced Mark Gurman of Bloombergthat Apple is developing a larger iPad. Also the renowned one Display-Analyst Ross Young such as Leaker Majin Bu already spoke of a larger iPad. The idea of a larger iPad definitely sounds exciting. We currently prefer the 12.9-inch iPad Pro (here our iPad Pro Test). An even larger iPad would make the whole thing even more interesting. On the other hand, a 16-inch iPad should also cost a few euros more.
