Apple officially launches an inexpensive iPhone SE with the strongest glass and fifth generation specifications

Apple launched the new iPhone SE at a relatively cheap price, which is the iPhone that succeeds the previous model that it launched in 2020.

The company said that the SE is available in 64, 128 and 256 GB capacities, with a starting price of $429 in the United States.

The iPhone SE features the ability to connect to 5G networks, is equipped with the latest A15 processor, has a 4.7-inch screen, a TouchID fingerprint sensor, and a 12-megapixel rear camera.

The new iPhone SE is available in red, black and white colors, and has a 4.7-inch Retina HD screen covered with glass.

Apple says it’s the strongest glass in a smartphone on the front and back. But that’s not the same glass across the back of the iPhone 13.

The iPhone SE also comes with an IP67 standard for dust and water resistance, and the company promises better battery life thanks to efficiencies from A15 Bionic and iOS 15.

Apple CEO Tim Cook said during its annual conference that the device is ideal for people who like smaller devices.

iPhone SE will be available for pre-order starting Friday, March 11, and in stores starting Friday, March 18.

Apple also announced an updated iPad Air, and while its design hasn’t changed much, new features across the 5th generation of the tablet include a brighter screen, optional 5G connectivity, and a significant performance boost.

It also includes a power button with an integrated TouchID sensor and a flat-sided chassis that Apple used in later iPads (such as the iPad Pro and iPad mini).

The screen size of the device is 10.9 inches, with a peak brightness of 500 nits. The tablet still works with a host of accessories.

The iPad Air is available in five colors, starting at the same price as the previous model: $599, with the new 5G model priced at $749.
