Activity Challenge” style=”margin: auto;margin-bottom: 5px;max-width: 100%” />
Next Monday (11/11), in celebration of the Veterans Day (a date that honors military personnel who served in the Armed Forces), Apple is encouraging Watch users to move with a new activity challenge.
The idea is simple: complete a physical activity of 11 minutes or more to earn digital rewards. Anyone who participates and completes the challenge will win a special medal in the Fitness app and also a set of animated stickers in Messages.
To get in on the action, simply log your workout in the Exercise app (Workout) from Apple Watch or any other app that syncs with the app Health (Health). As usual, the initiative is part of Maçã’s periodic challenges, which uses these commemorative dates to encourage its users to stay active.
The Veterans Day challenge will be available to all Apple Watch users in the United States, but those outside the country can participate by adjusting their device region in Settings.
In addition to the Watch challenge, Maçã also tends to include Veterans Day-themed content on other platforms, such as App Storeo Apple TV and the Apple Booksas a way to honor veterans and their contributions.
